Associate Financial Analyst (Finance): Support accuracy of financial reporting, staffing models, and dashboards for enterprise clients with an accent on data reconciliation, margin analysis, and business insights. Focus on extracting data from ERP/CRM systems, validating inputs, and delivering reliable reports for Delivery leaders and Portfolio CFOs.

Location: USA - 100% remote

Salary: $51,000-$61,000 annual base + 5% performance bonus

What you will do

• Translate financial data into clear summaries, explain margin fluctuations, and document drivers for Finance Managers and Portfolio CFOs.
• Adopt BI tools, dashboards, and playbooks to standardize financial reporting across the portfolio.
• Extract, validate, and reconcile data from ERP and CRM systems for accurate weekly forecasting and margin reviews.
• Partner with Delivery leaders to align staffing models with financial guardrails and participate in margin reviews.
• Maintain organized client folders, trackers, and reports ensuring data is audit-ready and delivered on time.
• Build basic financial models in Excel/Google Sheets to analyze impacts on gross margin.

Requirements

• 0–2 years experience in finance, accounting, analytics, operations, or data-heavy roles
• Foundational understanding of P&L statements, gross margin, and basic accounting concepts
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured datasets

Nice to have

• Experience cleaning and validating large datasets
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct) or CRM (Salesforce)
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
