What you will do

• Develop vocational management plans for RTW planning or forensic review based on medical and vocational information.
• Collaborate with claimants, medical providers, and employers to facilitate safe and effective return-to-work planning.
• Guide claimants on transferable skills, job seeking, resume development, and interview preparation.
• Produce detailed occupational analysis (OA) and transferable skill assessment (TSA) reports for claim analysts.
• Support onboarding and training for new vocational, accommodations, clinical, and claims hires.
• Provide vocational guidance during weekly Round Table sessions for claim management planning.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or a closely related field.
• CRC Certification required.
• 2-4 years of disability management experience, specifically within STD/LTD.
• Proven experience with case management and forensic (OA/TSA) reviews.
• Must be based in Minnesota, USA.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
