Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

What you will do
- Develop vocational management plans for RTW planning or forensic review based on medical and vocational information.
- Collaborate with claimants, medical providers, and employers to facilitate safe and effective return-to-work planning.
- Guide claimants on transferable skills, job seeking, resume development, and interview preparation.
- Produce detailed occupational analysis (OA) and transferable skill assessment (TSA) reports for claim analysts.
- Support onboarding and training for new vocational, accommodations, clinical, and claims hires.
- Provide vocational guidance during weekly Round Table sessions for claim management planning.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or a closely related field.
- CRC Certification required.
- 2-4 years of disability management experience, specifically within STD/LTD.
- Proven experience with case management and forensic (OA/TSA) reviews.
- Must be based in Minnesota, USA.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
