Salary: $172,550 – $203,000

What you will do

• Build and integrate marketing technology stacks to drive growth across Patient, Provider, and Partner pillars.
• Lead high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery, navigating trade-offs and aligning stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams on campaign launch and measurement challenges.
• Foster a high-performing engineering culture through code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring peers.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery velocity and enhance code quality.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure distributed systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience building and scaling web applications in production.
• Deep expertise in modern full-stack technologies, specifically TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Strong grasp of functional and object-oriented programming.
• Proven experience leading high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery.
• Must be based in the United States (currently not hiring in Hawaii).

Nice to have

• Experience integrating with CDPs (Segment), Marketing Automation Platforms (Iterable), or Visitor Tracking Tools (Google Analytics, Freshpaint, Hotjar).
• Advanced knowledge of data pipelines and Kafka.
• Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of database design and performance tuning for PostgreSQL and non-relational stores.
• Experience developing or integrating LLM-based features or agentic workflows into production.
