Salary: $197,000 - $262,000 base + annual bonus + equity

What you will do

• Architect and maintain full-stack applications using React, Node.js, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
• Lead technical decisions and drive architecture best practices across multiple engineering teams.
• Optimize database design and query performance for PostgreSQL/MySQL at scale.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and alerting to ensure operational excellence.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies to improve engineering efficiency and platform quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Node.js, GraphQL, and React.js.
• Proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and schema design.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Strong track record of technical leadership and mentoring.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python for backend services or automation.
• Experience with design systems or UI platform foundations.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
