What you will do

• Lead the design, construction, and commissioning of water treatment, mine water management, and reclamation projects.
• Prepare study reports, engineering specifications, and contract documents.
• Act as a Professional of Record (PoR) by preparing signed and sealed engineering deliverables.
• Mentor and provide technical training to junior and intermediate team members.
• Drive business development through proposal leadership and client relationship management.
• Participate in risk assessments and resolve technical issues at work sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Process Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (P.Eng) designation required.
• 7-9 years of experience in industrial water treatment projects.
• Experience working within an environmental or project consulting setting.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects and manage technical deliverables.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
