Hardware Support Engineer

What you will do

• Manage incoming systems from manufacturing: check-in, labeling, inventory tracking, and distribution.
• Check hardware units in/out to engineering teams with accurate documentation and asset records.
• Support system-level debugging in hardware lab environment.
• Assist with hardware setup, configuration, and testing for engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and functional systems.
• Coordinate shipments, returns, and storage with external logistics partners.

Requirements

• Associate (2-year) college degree or minimum 5 years experience in hardware support or comparable role.
• Ability to debug and test systems with hands-on database tracking.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
• Knowledge of networking and electronics.
• Proven experience supporting engineering teams with equipment setup, configuration, and FVT testing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; experience collaborating cross-functionally.
