Sr. Manager, Finance PMO & Operations, FP&A (AI): Driving organizational transformation and operational efficiency within the FP&A organization with an accent on program management, process optimization, and AI adoption. Location: Must be based in the USA (Bellevue, Denver, Mountain View, San Francisco, Seattle encouraged; other locations considered)
Salary: $152,100 — $245,950 USD

What you will do
- Facilitate the annual FP&A goal and OKR setting process and track execution.
- Manage multiple complex, cross-functional programs collaborating with IT, Engineering, Sales, and Finance stakeholders.
- Drive end-to-end FP&A process optimization and standardization to reduce organizational friction.
- Implement scalable, automated solutions leveraging products, AI, and machine learning tools.
- Lead executive communications and reporting to ensure transparency on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Support the design and buildout of an FP&A organization capable of supporting rapid growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, FP&A, or Management Consulting.
- 3+ years of experience directly supporting a senior executive (VP/SVP level).
- Expertise in managing company-wide strategic planning cycles (OKRs, QBRs).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and strong understanding of SaaS business metrics.
- Experience implementing AI and automation tools within Finance organizations.

- SaaS industry experience.
- SQL or Python experience.
