What you will do

• Facilitate the annual FP&A goal and OKR setting process and track execution.
• Manage multiple complex, cross-functional programs collaborating with IT, Engineering, Sales, and Finance stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end FP&A process optimization and standardization to reduce organizational friction.
• Implement scalable, automated solutions leveraging hirify.global products, AI, and machine learning tools.
• Lead executive communications and reporting to ensure transparency on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Support the design and buildout of an FP&A organization capable of supporting rapid growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, FP&A, or Management Consulting.
• 3+ years of experience directly supporting a senior executive (VP/SVP level).
• Expertise in managing company-wide strategic planning cycles (OKRs, QBRs).
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and strong understanding of SaaS business metrics.
• Experience implementing AI and automation tools within Finance organizations.

• SaaS industry experience.
• SQL or Python experience.
