Salary: $125,000–$165,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Lead internal audit processes and support external government audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA) to ensure CPSR compliance.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on US government procurement requirements (FAR/DFARS) to supply chain teams.
  • Develop and deploy training for procurement staff regarding purchasing system requirements, tools, and policies.
  • Lead training on price/cost analysis, commerciality, negotiations, and price reasonableness.
  • Support Supply Chain Compliance training and Communities of Practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a relevant subject.
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, specifically with U.S. Government contracting.
  • Expertise in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) within an aerospace/defense manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP and procurement software.
  • Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or Supply Chain Professional Certificate.
