What you will do

• Serve as supply chain expert on ERP configuration, planning parameters, and data integrity.
• Lead IT projects for supply chain planning including ERP enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Partner with BI team to define requirements and develop dashboards and reports for S&OP, demand, supply planning, and inventory KPIs.
• Automate manual processes using system tools, macros, or BI solutions.
• Ensure ERP data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and train planning team on tools.
• Document configurations and stay current on INFOR/SyteLine capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in ERP administration, supply chain IT, or planning systems in manufacturing.
• ERP expertise required (INFOR/SyteLine preferred); BI tools experience (Power BI, Tableau) required.
• Experience supporting or leading ERP projects; proficiency in Excel, SQL preferred.
• S&OP or supply chain planning experience preferred; ASCM CPIM certification preferred.
