What you will do

• Develop and maintain performance management frameworks and models to align manufacturing and procurement plans with cost and inventory objectives.
• Shape medium and long-range product supply strategies and executive recommendations in partnership with Product Supply Operations.
• Diagnose and drive improvements in cross-functional processes that impact product supply.
• Analyze supply risks, such as lead time shifts and component shortages, and recommend practical contingency plans.
• Build and monitor manufacturing and procurement metrics using dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Lead strategic projects tied to sourcing transitions, manufacturing footprint changes, and productivity opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain strategy, procurement, or manufacturing planning.
• Experience supporting both manufacturing and procurement within a complex, global business environment.
• Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and concise executive-level communication.

Nice to have

• MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations or supply chain consulting.
• Certifications such as APICS, ASCM, CPIM, CSCP, or PMP.
• Experience in consumer products, durable goods, or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
