What you will do

• Translate business problems into detailed functional and non-functional requirements for AI-enabled solutions.
• Define workflow components, including decision logic, exception handling, and human-AI interaction models.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure requirements are testable and aligned.
• Define and document data requirements, assessing availability and fitness for purpose for AI workflows.
• Implement AI Control Plans, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous optimization of workflows.
• Standardize AI discovery frameworks and mentor less experienced team members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, product, or transformation roles.
• Proven experience with AI, analytics, or automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business processes, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Knowledge of data structures, data quality, and workflow dependencies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the USA (as indicated by EEO and regulatory compliance requirements).

Nice to have

• Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
