What you will do

• Execute system-level tests and debug system failures.
• Develop test station procedures, preventative maintenance plans, and troubleshooting guides for onsite production.
• Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technologies to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze yield issues and provide Pareto reports during prototype and production builds.
• Interface with suppliers, Design Engineering, and manufacturing teams to achieve improvement goals.
• Maintain equipment calibration for engineering and customer systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams with strong communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills and project management expertise.
• Must be local to the position location (North Reading, MA); relocation is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with production quality metrics, such as Lean manufacturing.
