What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment.
• Plan and arrange labor, schedules, and equipment for evaluating standard and special devices.
• Provide test parameters for sample testing and specify tests to be performed.
• Compile and analyze data to define necessary changes in testing equipment, procedures, or manufacturing processes.
• Execute testing for all customer samples and specialized tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (or Master's degree with 0 years experience).
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in cross-functional projects involving fixture organization and test method development.
• Ability to complete tasks with ambiguous instructions.
• Experience with equipment calibration, validation, and workflow process improvement.
