  • Liaise between accounts and executive sponsors to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Position products to capture additional market share through a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with the CSM team to improve organizational communication and internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience in customer success management, particularly within the higher education sector.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Ability to pass a background check and identity verification as part of the hiring process.
