What you will do

• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, customer events, and in-person activations, including booth materials, signage, and shipping.
• Manage event calendars, budgets, run-of-show documentation, and team travel arrangements.
• Oversee onsite booth setup and breakdown, ensuring a polished and on-brand presence.
• Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to execute event goals and organize post-event lead follow-up.
• Create behind-the-scenes social media content and produce light copywriting for emails and event promos.
• Track event performance and key metrics to evaluate success and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, events, trade shows, or hospitality.
• Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.
• Ability to travel frequently and work evenings/weekends during events.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proven experience managing large-scale events or trade shows.
• Professional communication skills for high-touch customer-facing environments.
