Deployment Specialist (EV Charging)

TL;DR

Deployment Specialist (EV Charging): Activation and configuration of networked charging stations with an accent on stakeholder coordination and implementation. Focus on overseeing the installation and validation process while managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously.

Location: Remote (Canada). Shift: 9am PT - 6pm PT.

What you will do

• Perform activation and configuration of hirify.global Networked charging stations for new and returning owners.
• Coordinate between Sales teams, O&M partners, and internal services to ensure timely implementations.
• Manage multiple customers simultaneously, tracking and reporting on their status.
• Oversee the entire installation, activation, and validation process for new stations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of the implementation process to ensure successful handoffs.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and French Canadian (both verbal and written).
• Must be based in Canada.
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of multiple related projects aligned with business objectives.
• Experience liaising with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and stress management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
