TL;DR

Southeast Planning Lead (Water Supply): Developing water management strategies and planning assessments for critical infrastructure with an accent on integrated supply planning and potable reuse. Focus on executing water planning projects nationwide and ensuring resiliency against population growth and climate variability.

Location: Orlando, FL. Hybrid work options may be offered after the first 90 days.

What you will do

  • Develop water management strategies and comprehensive planning assessments.
  • Support innovative services including integrated supply planning, master planning, potable reuse, and brackish water desalination.
  • Provide water demand estimates, conservation assessments, and planning-level project cost estimates.
  • Build relationships with key water leaders and decision-makers throughout the US to support marketing efforts.
  • Manage permitting for water supply and water reuse projects, interpreting federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Oversee project management duties, including tracking scopes, budgets, schedules, and project risks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the water field, specifically in water supply planning.
  • Bachelor of Science and/or Master of Science Degree.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience leading project tasks and executing water planning projects.
  • Strong data analysis and technical reporting skills.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.).

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with ArcGIS.
