What you will do

• Develop a proprietary therapeutic AI model leveraging a dataset of 90M+ assigned programs and 15M+ care episodes.
• Lead the delivery of AI products including the Clinical Copilot, Outcomes Intelligence Platform, and Intelligent Learning Engine.
• Define and execute the AI/ML technical roadmap, determining the balance between building proprietary models and using general-purpose LLMs.
• Implement a trust-by-design framework for clinical AI safety, including auditability, human-in-the-loop oversight, and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to embed AI capabilities directly into clinical workflows.
• Research and integrate frontier developments in LLMs and agentic systems into the platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, AI research, or applied ML.
• 3–5 years in a technical leadership or people-management role.
• Proven track record of shipping production AI/ML systems with measurable clinical or business impact.
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Must be based in the specified US states.
