Compensation: $174K - $224K

What you will do

• Architect and lead machine learning solutions to improve marketing efficiency and growth.
• Develop and deploy core models for propensity, churn prevention, LTV, and cross-selling across the product ecosystem.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Finance to align ML roadmap with strategic business priorities.
• Analyze complex datasets and integrate high-leverage internal and external data sources to enhance model performance.
• Optimize reward and incentive strategies using A/B testing and uplift modeling to maximize ROI.
• Establish standards for model development and integrate modern AI/LLM techniques into workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
• Proven track record of building and scaling ML models in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with core Marketing KPIs such as CAC and ROAS.
• Ability to lead large, ambiguous, cross-functional projects and communicate with business stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or multi-product ecosystems.
• Familiarity with attribution, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), or marketing measurement.
• Experience working with large-scale data platforms like Snowflake.
