Salary: $260,000 – $280,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of ad tech agreements, including publisher, DSP, SSP, and advertiser contracts.
• Structure master services agreements, data integration arrangements, and vendor agreements for the advertising platform.
• Provide legal advice on data privacy and regulatory developments in martech, ad tech, and OTT/CTV.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with ad sales, product, engineering, finance, and marketing teams.
• Develop scalable, risk-calibrated legal processes to increase business velocity.
• Implement AI-powered legal tools and LLMs to accelerate contract review and drafting.

Requirements

• J.D. from a U.S. accredited law school and active bar membership in New York or California.
• At least 5 years of transactional legal experience in law firms and in-house at technology or media companies.
• Deep expertise in negotiating supply-side, demand-side, and data licensing agreements.
• Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems and IAB terms and conditions.
• Experience drafting advertising data and measurement licenses, including privacy and security provisions.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in New York or San Jose.
