What you will do

• Own end-to-end material readiness and supply planning across NPI phases (proto/pre-EVT, EVT, DVT, PVT, mass production) for constrained commodities like ASICs, HBM, DDR, SSDs, networking, optics, power, thermal, and mechanicals.
• Monitor supply health, lead times, inventory, allocation risks, and capacity constraints; drive shortage management, recovery planning, and supply continuity with suppliers.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and Planning to translate requirements into executable supply strategies.
• Coordinate with ODMs, CMs, and suppliers on schedules, build readiness, material reviews, risk assessments, and executive updates; establish governance and cadences.
• Drive supplier accountability, commercial negotiations support, material flow strategies, second-source evaluations, and supply resiliency.
• Develop scalable processes, dashboards, KPIs for forecast management, visibility, exception handling, inventory planning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in Supply Chain Program Management, Material Program Management, Commodity Management, Strategic Sourcing, or related hardware supply chain roles.
• Experience supporting complex hardware through NPI and production ramps in constrained supply environments with long lead-time commodities.
• Strong understanding of hardware supply chains, material planning, supplier operations, ODMs, CMs, and global ecosystems.
• Strong analytical, program management, and executive communication skills; ability to drive alignment in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, servers, networking, storage, custom silicon, ASIC supply chains, advanced packaging, HBM/DDR, or hyperscale deployments.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP/PLM systems, BOM structuring, supply planning tools.
• Experience building supply resiliency and second-source strategies in highly constrained, scaling environments.
