Location: Hybrid work model at US sites: Oregon (Hillsboro), California (Folsom, Santa Clara), Arizona (Phoenix). This position is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Salary: $52,000.00-$200,000.00

Supply Chain Product Enabling and Operations (SPEO) within hirify.global's Corporate Planning Group, focusing on innovative product data designs and supply chain strategies for silicon products.

What you will do

• Develop and set up Silicon BOMs with Planners and Product teams to support silicon planning from Fab to finished goods.
• Define and model supply chain using hirify.global's SPEED and OCPLM systems with integrators and analysts.
• Conduct scenario what-if planning for engineering products, processes, and inventory strategies.
• Partner with Product Engineering, Marketing, Planning, Manufacturing, and Foundry to evolve product data solutions.
• Influence issue resolution and recommend strategies using data-driven decisions across stakeholders.
• Drive continuous process and project improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field – OR – 6+ years relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
• Confident communicator skilled at influencing across levels and functions
• Quick learner with systems thinking and cross-org orchestration
• Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and heavy workload
• Solid supply chain business acumen, attention to detail, planning, and negotiation skills

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in semiconductor industry
• Strong understanding of Product Life Cycle principles
• Knowledge of hirify.global's or industry product/supply chain master data management
• Experience with SPEED, Oracle Cloud, SAP, or planning tools
