What you will do

• Own end-to-end supply chain execution for prototypes, New Product Introduction (NPI), and subassemblies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to ensure material readiness for program milestones.
• Translate engineering BOMs into procurement plans and identify long-lead items early in the lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary program manager for upfitter and partner relationships to ensure vehicle timelines are met.
• Manage supplier compliance with legal, environmental, and regulatory standards, including TISAX and ISO.
• Define, track, and report on supply chain KPIs and establish dashboards for leadership visibility.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain program management, NPI, and hardware operations.
• Strong expertise in BOM management, material planning, and procurement processes.
• Experience in automotive, consumer hardware, or robotics industries.
• Familiarity with TISAX, ISO standards, and ethical sourcing requirements.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Sunnyvale, California office (Hybrid).
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
