What you will do

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of influencer, patient ambassador, and advocacy programs for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
  • Ensure all digital content complies with FDA regulations, fair balance, and AE reporting standards.
  • Develop paid and organic social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Integrate social and influencer programs into broader omnichannel marketing plans for patient and HCP journeys.
  • Define KPIs and leverage tools like Sprinklr and Khoros to track ROI and deliver actionable insights.
  • Manage client relationships and mentor junior team members in account leadership and digital strategy.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of digital and social media marketing experience, specifically with pharma, biotech, or healthcare clients.
  • Proven expertise in managing healthcare influencers and KOL-driven programs in regulated environments.
  • Deep understanding of FDA regulations and MLR review processes.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools such as Sprinklr or Khoros.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for senior client interaction.

Nice to have

  • Agency experience supporting multiple pharmaceutical or life sciences brands.
  • Experience working across both patient and HCP marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to lead complex programs across multiple workstreams and timelines.
