What you will do

• Build, drive, and optimize Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo marketing campaigns to exceed client ROI and conversion goals.
• Manage client relationships through weekly interactions to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Integrate hirify.global's proprietary product suite (Bliss Point) into campaign activations.
• Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and communicate holistic strategies based on KPIs.
• Identify new marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness and sales volume across commerce platforms.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by experimenting with new strategies and AI tools.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commerce media roles.
• Proven track record of executing campaigns with monthly budgets of $50k+.
• Familiarity with commerce media platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo.
• Experience with tools such as Skai, Helium10, Pacvue, and Analytic Index.
• Must be located in Mexico City for regular in-office commitment (2 days a week).
