What you will do

• Execute day-to-day SEO tasks including on-page optimization, internal linking, metadata, and structured data.
• Conduct keyword research and architect topic clusters to build long-term domain authority.
• Perform regular technical audits to optimize crawlability, site speed, and schema markup.
• Develop and implement AEO strategies to ensure brand presence in AI Overviews and LLM-based search engines.
• Build detailed content briefs and manage a co-marketing backlink program with AI and martech partners.
• Track organic performance and share of voice to drive strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of professional SEO experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and tools like Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Strong written English for briefing writers and editing content.
• Proven ability to build repeatable workflows and systems for SEO tasks.
• Proactive ownership instincts and curiosity about search algorithm updates.

Nice to have

• Experience with Framer or similar CMS.
• Familiarity with the ecommerce or DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) space.
• Experience in content strategy or digital PR.
• Expertise in utilizing AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity in daily workflows.
