What you will do
- Drive B2B growth in Spanish-speaking Latam, specifically Mexico, through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences.
- Own the end-to-end organization of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars.
- Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide executive-level reporting and data-driven optimizations.
- Adapt global voice and messaging to align with Latam business cultures.
Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Proven track record of implementing marketing projects from start to finish with accountability for ROI.
- Entrepreneurial background with a history of high engagement in high-stakes environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- Broad knowledge in growth marketing, including data analysis, performance, and event organizing.

- Proficiency in cold email, SEO, or affiliate management.
- Product marketing sense and design skills.
- Deep understanding of the Spanish-speaking LATAM tech ecosystem and buying-cycle shifts.
