What you will do

• Balance work across multiple customers and teams simultaneously.
• Document decisions, escalate concerns, and drive tactical action plans from ambiguous requirements.
• Mentor counterparts to build skills and expand project deliverables.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Leadership experience as director, supervisor, manager, or team lead.
• Experience managing customer expectations and relationships for complex technical projects.
• Strong communication and management skills for remote project teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and apply logic-based approaches to challenges.
