What you will do

• Set and communicate the technology vision for High Voltage Batteries to optimize vehicle KPIs.
• Own the battery roadmap and content plan across multiple programs and architectures.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between executive leadership, engineering, and suppliers on strategy and content decisions.
• Translate strategy into execution via PRDs, rollout plans, and make-vs-buy decisions.
• Analyze market and competitor trends to identify gaps and new capability needs.
• Develop business cases for new technologies and secure leadership funding.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Chemical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience with High Voltage Battery systems, including BMS and ECUs.
• 3+ years leading architecture trade-off studies and driving business cases.
• Strong background in electro-mechanical systems with embedded electronics and software.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced development environments.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting technical narratives to all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• MS in Engineering or an MBA.
• 10+ years of battery system tuning experience.
• Hands-on experience with hardware performance tuning and calibration.
• Deep knowledge of embedded hardware and software development.
• Experience implementing systems across multiple hardware variants and vehicle platforms.
