What you will do
- Own and lead six operational functions (Process & Automation, QA, Technical Support, Execution & Deployment, Knowledge Management, Front Desk Services), setting roadmap and making decisions independently.
- Build AI-powered workflows for QA on Meta ads/websites/GHL, technical support triage, and automation to bridge capacity gaps.
- Drive quality improvements by auditing error rates, establishing KPIs, and implementing structural fixes.
- Stabilize Front Desk Services with roles, capacity models, dashboards, and accountability frameworks.
- Design operational roadmap to scale to 1,000+ providers without headcount growth, contributing to planning.
Requirements
- 7–10 years in marketing or revenue operations, 4+ years managing multi-functional teams (QA, technical support, deployment, service delivery)
- Proven scaling services operations from hundreds to 1,000+ customers structurally, without headcount growth
- Hands-on with ClickUp, HubSpot, Zapier/N8N, GoHighLevel for building scalable workflows
- Experience building AI-assisted workflows with human oversight
- Cross-functional decision-making across RevOps, BizOps, Product, Service Ops
- People development, coaching managers to promotion
