TL;DR

Senior Lead, Marketing Services Operations (Performance Marketing): Build and own operational foundation for scaling Marketing Services from 700 to 1,000+ medspas with an accent on AI-assisted workflows, process automation, QA, and cross-functional alignment. Focus on designing scalable systems, driving quality improvements through KPIs, and stabilizing teams like Front Desk Services without proportional headcount growth.

What you will do

  • Own and lead six operational functions (Process & Automation, QA, Technical Support, Execution & Deployment, Knowledge Management, Front Desk Services), setting roadmap and making decisions independently.
  • Build AI-powered workflows for QA on Meta ads/websites/GHL, technical support triage, and automation to bridge capacity gaps.
  • Drive quality improvements by auditing error rates, establishing KPIs, and implementing structural fixes.
  • Stabilize Front Desk Services with roles, capacity models, dashboards, and accountability frameworks.
  • Design operational roadmap to scale to 1,000+ providers without headcount growth, contributing to planning.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years in marketing or revenue operations, 4+ years managing multi-functional teams (QA, technical support, deployment, service delivery)
  • Proven scaling services operations from hundreds to 1,000+ customers structurally, without headcount growth
  • Hands-on with ClickUp, HubSpot, Zapier/N8N, GoHighLevel for building scalable workflows
  • Experience building AI-assisted workflows with human oversight
  • Cross-functional decision-making across RevOps, BizOps, Product, Service Ops
  • People development, coaching managers to promotion
