TL;DR
Sales Development Representative: Generate new business opportunities and qualify inbound leads for 's identity and access management platform with an accent on strategic target account research and pipeline building. Focus on conducting high-level conversations with senior executives and achieving monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
Location: Toronto, Canada – Onsite 4 Days/Week (Mon–Thurs). Relocation required if not local – no relocation assistance provided.
Salary: $92,000 CAD

What you will do
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline
- Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads efficiently
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
- Research and build new and existing accounts, adding contacts and strategic outreach
- Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
- Evangelize solutions and achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of 6-12 months of previous prospecting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Highly motivated, self-starting individual able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Ability to understand customer needs and track interactions in CRM (Salesforce experience a plus)
