What you will do

  • Manage and respond to comments, DMs, and social interactions with a human brand voice.
  • Triage and escalate customer issues to Support and Product teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Proactively engage the community to spark conversations and build user advocacy.
  • Monitor sentiment across channels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to maintain consistent messaging and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media or community management within consumer tech or fintech.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different audiences.
  • Experience managing high-volume inbound interactions and sensitive customer escalations.
  • Ability to synthesize qualitative feedback into actionable insights for product teams.
  • Familiarity with social media management and listening tools.
