AI Automation Lead (Enterprise Platforms)

AI Automation Lead (AI/Power Platform): Designing and implementing enterprise-grade AI-powered automation solutions across Salesforce, EDI, and ERP ecosystems with an accent on agentic AI patterns and RAG architectures. Focus on building scalable AI agents, optimizing order-to-cash cycles, and enforcing enterprise-grade AI governance.

Location: Remote; Must have legal authorization to work in the Philippines. Ability to work either Night shift (10 PM - 7 AM Manila) or EMEA shift (3 PM - 12 AM Manila).

What you will do

• Architect and deliver secure AI and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, agentic AI, and Power Platform across Salesforce, EDI, and SAP ERP.
• Design and deploy advanced AI patterns including RAG, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Finance operations to identify automation opportunities and reduce order-to-cash cycles.
• Establish enterprise-grade governance, including secure data access, role-based controls, and auditability.
• Manage the full lifecycle of automations from requirements gathering to production deployment and root-cause analysis.
• Measure and report ROI and impact of AI solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Microsoft Fabric.
• Hands-on experience implementing RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration in real-world applications.
• Proven track record of integrating AI agents with Salesforce, ERP (SAP preferred), and EDI protocols.
• Experience establishing AI governance models and secure data access controls.
• Legal authorization to work in the Philippines is required.
• Availability to work night shift (10PM-7AM Manila) or EMEA shift (3PM-12AM Manila).

Nice to have

• Programming experience in Python or SQL.
• Experience developing, training, and deploying machine learning models.
