What you will do

• Lead the development and configuration of AI agents and automations for repetitive GTM tasks like lead scoring and personalized outreach.
• Translate the GTM AI Strategy Blueprint into technical roadmaps for agent deployment.
• Manage and mentor a team of GTM AI Automation Engineers and Solution Architects.
• Ensure AI implementations are scalable, secure, and integrated with the CRM and RevOps stack.
• Collaborate with the SVP GTM Operations, Revenue Enablement, and Data/IT/Security teams for architectural alignment.
• Define and track KPIs focused on efficiency gains, revenue acceleration, and data accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams focused on automation, AI/ML, or RevOps technology.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building autonomous agents in a business context.
• Deep understanding of Sales and Marketing workflows and CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to convert strategic blueprints into functional technical architectures.
• Must be based in the UK, Ireland, or Germany.
