What you will do

• Own global alliance strategy for portfolio of top-tier GSIs, accountable for partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and strategic value.
• Define and execute multi-year alliance plans aligned to enterprise growth priorities, targeting industries and accounts.
• Build executive relationships with GSI leadership to drive alignment, investment, and joint market momentum.
• Drive opportunity creation by aligning GSI go-to-market with regional sales teams across AMER, EMEA, APJ.
• Sponsor hirify.global Centers of Excellence within GSI practices for repeatable delivery and global rollout.
• Enable GSIs with offerings through enablement, architectures, and inclusion in proposals and RFPs.

Requirements

• 5+ years Software Channel Manager experience; worked with GSIs.
• Successful sales background with carried and overachieved quota.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter able to break down ambiguous problems.
• Strong verbal/written communication, public speaking, presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, works independently.
• Strong technical aptitude, data/metric-driven.
