What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analysis of the Refer-a-Friend program to optimize acquisition, conversion, and long-term value.
• Design and execute experimentation strategies, including A/B testing and causal inference methodologies.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data Science to translate business questions into actionable recommendations.
• Define success metrics across the referral funnel and establish scalable tracking frameworks.
• Build and evolve dashboards and data pipelines using Tableau or Sigma to enable informed decision-making.
• Apply AI and automation to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities in near real time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, specifically focused on marketing, growth, or product analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience owning analyses of large, complex datasets.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments, including familiarity with causal inference.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analysis and automation.
• Experience building dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Sigma.
