What you will do

• Translate product roadmap goals into data KPIs, targets, and detailed measurement plans.
• Lead end-to-end A/B test experiments, including data validation, monitoring, and post-test analysis to inform release decisions.
• Extract and integrate data from various sources using SQL and Python/R to support analytical efforts.
• Collaborate with data scientists to enhance analytics methodologies and apply standardized research processes.
• Design and maintain automated self-serve dashboards and reporting visualizations to optimize business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Business, or Economics.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Must be based in California (San Mateo, Los Angeles, or San Diego) for hybrid work.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Proven experience with experiment design, including A/B testing and multivariate analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting analytical results to non-technical partners.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience with user journey tools like Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Domo, or MicroStrategy.
