Senior Product Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based in San Mateo, Los Angeles, or San Diego, California

Salary: $152,100–$228,100 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with product feature teams to translate roadmaps and initiative goals into KPIs, targets, and measurement plans.
• Extract and integrate data from multiple sources with data product, engineering, data science, and analytics teams.
• Lead A/B test experiments, validate data, monitor results, and provide feature release recommendations.
• Analyze business questions through segmentation, exploratory analysis, driver identification, and actionable insight generation.
• Collaborate with data scientists on research, analytics methodologies, digital tools, visualization, and analytical storytelling.
• Define and create automated, self-serve dashboards with the reporting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, analytics, data science, business, economics, or a related field, plus 3+ years of relevant data analysis experience.
• Experience with product or business partner teams, experiments, A/B testing, holdout groups, and multivariate analysis.
• Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts such as confidence intervals and hypothesis testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting analytical results to non-technical partners.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with quasi-experimental causal inference methodologies.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Domo.
• Knowledge of multivariate or linear regression and k-means clustering.
