What you will do

• Collect, review, and validate data requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and Data Analysts.
• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data reports and redefine key business metrics.
• Enhance existing dashboards and reports to support business growth and scalability.
• Maintain the Azure Databricks Data Lake and optimize data flows to support reporting needs.
• Promote the company's Data Governance Strategy and contribute to a strong data culture.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders to facilitate informed business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, economics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Proven experience in a reporting, statistical, or quantitative role.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and MS-Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups), as well as Google Sheets and Google Slides.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI or other dashboarding tools such as Tableau.
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• English: Fluency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in data manipulation and analysis using Python.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
