What you will do

• Lead technical initiatives for designing, building, and automating network infrastructure focusing on Ethernet, IP, routing, firewalling, and load balancing.
• Grow global platform network to meet scaling demands using software, tooling, and automations under Network Infrastructure as Code principle.
• Collaborate in inclusive environment emphasizing operational excellence and uplifting team members.
• Respond to major incidents, prevent repeated customer impacts, and manage prioritized problems with follow-the-sun on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Excellent networking skills with protocols like IP/IPv6, TCP/UDP, BGP, DNS.
• Strong experience building and automating networks with Terraform, Ansible in multi-engineer collaboration.
• Knowledge of public cloud network components: load balancers, VPC peering/transit gateways, VPN, Direct Connects.
• Site Reliability Engineering experience with proven operational excellence, incident response, and problem management.
• Experience in Linux system/network administration at scale on distributed systems.
• Located in or national of non-sanctioned countries (no Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia).

Nice to have

• Operated SaaS in public cloud with IaC like Crossplane/Terraform.
• Designed/operated large BGP-based network topologies or software routers.
• IPAM experience with automated tools.
• Overlay networks with IPSec, GRE, VXLAN; Kubernetes at scale with Cilium CNI across clouds.
• Golang programming and containerized services (Docker).
• Leading alerting/incident management with hirify.global Stack, Prometheus, etc.
