What you will do

• Pull, organize, and enter data across claims systems and spreadsheets.
• Maintain operational reports, tracking documentation, and KPI health reporting.
• Perform administrative functions including filing, system updates, and document management.
• Assist with process mapping and the creation of workflow documentation.
• Validate and compile data to support ongoing operational initiatives.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data entry, reporting, or operations support.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, and spreadsheet management).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Antonio, TX.
