Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations (AI Recruiting): Design and operationalize recruiting programs, processes, and enablement strategies to scale high-impact hiring with an accent on AI tools, automation, and global operational excellence. Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, California (based at headquarters)

Salary: $165,000 - $200,000 base + equity + bonus

What you will do

  • Manage Recruiting Coordinators and Operations to enable high-quality hiring at speed across global teams.
  • Drive process improvements, consistency, and operational excellence in recruiting.
  • Architect scalable recruiting infrastructure leveraging AI and automation to reduce friction and accelerate hiring.
  • Lead change management, system iterations, and training for AI-driven workflows adoption.
  • Conduct strategic workforce planning with data-backed forecasts and scenario analyses in partnership with Finance and People leaders.
  • Lead recruiting analytics to provide executive insights and actionable performance improvements.
  • Develop interviewing frameworks, playbooks, and enablement programs for recruiters and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Recruiting Operations, Workforce Planning, or People Operations in high-growth tech environments
  • Expertise with recruiting systems (ATS, scheduling, analytics); Ashby strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated use of AI and automation to transform recruiting efficiency
  • Advanced analytics skills for predictive modeling and executive decision-making
  • Track record scaling recruiting infrastructure
  • Experience building enablement programs and improving hiring effectiveness
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and change management skills
