What you will do

• Manage, install, and troubleshoot AV equipment for office spaces, meeting rooms, and event venues.
• Provide technical support for meetings, conferences, and remote events, including webinars and live streaming sessions.
• Collaborate with event organizers to define AV requirements and recommend optimal equipment configurations.
• Deliver executive-level AV support during industry conferences, including rehearsals and on-site assistance.
• Research and evaluate bleeding-edge AV tools and software to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Maintain AV inventory and create technical documentation, such as setup instructions and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in AV Technology, IT, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-6 years of experience with AV and events software such as Zoom and Google Meet.
• Proficiency in Mac OS and familiarity with Windows OS for remote troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of industry-standard equipment including Crestron, Neat, and Logitech.
• Must be based in the San Francisco, California office.
• Possess CTS, CCP, Extron AV Associate, or ETS certifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow as a ticketing system.
• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Microsoft equivalent.
• AVIXA certifications such as CTS-D (Design) or CTS-I (Installation).
