Location: 5 days a week onsite in Charlotte, NC

Salary: $40 – $45 per hour (W2)

What you will do

• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) deployments and advanced setups.
• Support the conversion of conferencing rooms from Cisco-based systems to MTR.
• Manage conferencing platforms using Microsoft Teams Admin Center, Call Quality Dashboard (CQD), and Cisco Control Hub.
• Monitor network and conferencing performance using ThousandEyes observability tools.
• Deliver white-glove, proactive support to end users and executive-level stakeholders.
• Document incidents and resolutions to improve tools, processes, and service delivery.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with MTR configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Call Quality Dashboard (CQD).
• Experience with Cisco Control Hub and enterprise AV hardware (displays, devices, infrastructure).
• Ability to work full-time onsite (5 days per week) in Charlotte, NC.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations and provide occasional weekend support.
• Proven ability to provide customer-facing support in professional, high-visibility environments.
