What you will do

• Act as strategic lead for Personalized Guidance features, developing and executing product strategy to drive engagement and fitness outcomes
• Partner with Content, Marketing, Fitness Experts, User Research, and Analytics to align programming with user needs and fitness science
• Define and monitor success metrics, providing data-driven insights for new features and experiments
• Collaborate with Software PMs for holistic experiences across features and content
• Drive features to launch by translating requirements into engineering specs, UAT, and experiments

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, with 2+ years on AI/ML products driving user growth and engagement
• Direct experience shipping consumer AI products, including conversational interfaces and balancing model cost, latency, accuracy
• Experience defining quantitative evaluations for AI products ensuring accuracy, safety, and brand alignment
• Exceptional communication to collaborate with cross-functional experts and translate needs into strategy
• Strong UX sensibility, analytical skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer subscription models and growth features
• Work on consumer software with integrated hardware
• Background in health/fitness, content streaming, or related fields
• Experience with complex metadata and ML-based recommendation systems
