TL;DR

Sr. Solutions Architect (Cyber Security): Provide impartial, industry-leading advice on cyber security solutions and managed services to drive customer technology maturity and business outcomes with an accent on identity, endpoint protection, SSE/SASE, data governance, cloud security, and next-gen security operations. Focus on designing complex solutions, qualifying opportunities, producing high-quality documentation, and leading sales from inception to delivery handover.

What you will do

  • Work with customers and sales to qualify opportunities, understand requirements, and design appropriate cyber security solutions while maintaining CRM data.
  • Produce documentation including solution designs, RFP responses, TCO models, business cases, HLDs, and SoWs.
  • Identify upsell potential, coordinate resources, and support handover to delivery teams as escalation point.
  • Evangelize SHI capabilities, SME knowledge, and partner technologies to customers and internal teams.
  • Build relationships across sales, professional services, and partners; contribute to go-to-market development and repeatable solutions.
  • Support sales enablement, customer retention, and team growth through coaching and management input.

Requirements

  • Experience in cyber security technical pre-sales or similar, designing complex solutions for various customers and verticals.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security market including identity, endpoint protection, SSE/SASE, data governance, cloud security, next-gen SecOps, and security frameworks.
  • Capabilities with at least two vendors like Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Crowdstrike, CyberArk, Zscaler, Netskope, Cisco.
  • Channel solution sales experience leveraging partner resources; experience selling professional and managed security services.
  • Commercial acumen, relationship-building with C-suite, track record of delivery under pressure, passion for technology.
