Principal Solutions Architect (Autonomous Networking)

What you will do

• Provide senior technical leadership and strategic guidance to the international sales organization.
• Articulate product vision, roadmap, and value proposition to business and technical stakeholders.
• Apply expertise in Autonomous Networks and AI to address customer business and operational challenges.
• Lead technical engagement across the sales lifecycle, including discovery, solution definition, and presentations.
• Review and contribute to RFI/RFP responses in partnership with Technical Sales Leaders.
• Define PoC success criteria and support solution evaluations with sales and systems engineering teams.
• Drive product and solution feedback into Product Management using internal tools like Aha!.

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior product management, pre-sales, or delivery roles within OSS domain
• 3+ years hands-on deploying AI technologies in telecom environments, including Autonomous Networking
• 12+ years with telecom networking technologies (WAN, LAN, Layers 0–3 switching/routing, VNFs, 5G)
• Proven experience selling/delivering OSS solutions for planning, provisioning, and service assurance.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and present complex concepts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice

Nice to have

• Experience in OSS domains like network inventory, service design, orchestration, assurance, performance.
• Familiarity with OSS ecosystem and vendors (Amdocs, Ericsson, Netcracker, Oracle, Nokia).
• Experience authoring solution requirement documents for OSS projects.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TM Forum, LSO, MEF).
• Fluency in additional languages besides English.
