What you will do

• Lead compliance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and customer commitments.
• Plan and conduct on-site and remote audits, including gap analysis, execution, and reporting.
• Manage certification audits based on ISO and SOC frameworks for hirify.global technologies.
• Develop and track project metrics, dashboards, and weekly/monthly status updates.
• Create and maintain customer Disaster Recovery (DR) plans and manage periodic testing.
• Collaborate with automation teams to streamline compliance workflows and promote ITIL and agile practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in compliance or regulated environments.
• Hands-on experience conducting ISO audits and working knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 20000, 27001, 27017, and 27701.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with Atlassian tools or Smartsheet is preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from Morrisville, NC or Boise, ID.

Nice to have

• Experience in the utility industry.
• Disaster Recovery expertise using tools such as Cohesity or Zerto.
• ISO or SOC certifications.
• PMP or ITIL certifications.
