Location: Remote anywhere in the United States, except Hawaii

Compensation: $150K - $224K

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend code in Typescript to support features for 5 million users
• Build products leveraging React.js and React Native in collaboration with PM and design teams
• Participate in code reviews, provide technical leadership, and guide team direction
• Mentor and pair with other engineers regularly
• Develop Martech platforms for personalized messaging, campaigns, and marketing website optimization including AI-driven SEO

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years building fullstack applications
• Strong CS fundamentals, problem-solving, and experience in languages like JavaScript, Java, Python, C/C++, or Go
• Experience with modern UI frameworks for user interfaces
• Agile environment, monitoring tools, system architecture discussion, and team collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js
• Building production mobile apps in React Native
• Startup environment experience
