Focus on creating interactive content for non-technical audiences, facilitating live sessions, and measuring adoption and satisfaction across global enterprise.

What you will do

• Collaborate to design learning experiences including live events, eLearning courses, and on-demand resources for IT initiatives.
• Develop accessible content for non-technical audiences, including facilitator scripts and presentation materials.
• Build interactive eLearning in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360 for deployment in LMS.
• Facilitate live or in-person sessions with global audiences using interactive methods.
• Implement surveys and evaluation strategies for learning deliverables.
• Support organizational change management, communications campaigns, events, graphic design, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of instructional design experience
• Expert-level skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360
• Practical experience using AI (Microsoft Copilot preferred) for content development
• Proven ability to deliver engaging virtual instructor-led training (VILT) via Zoom
• Exceptional communication to translate technical subjects for non-technical audiences
• Visual design skills with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Available during established working hours with strong internet

Nice to have

• Prior experience creating courses for AI, Cybersecurity, or Microsoft Productivity Suite
• Experience in agile environments
• Project management experience
