What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day management of a 6-person national sales team, providing leadership, coaching, and performance oversight.
• Act as primary point of contact for sales team needs, coordinating with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Content teams.
• Manage and review sales funnel weekly, handle territories, compensation, performance reviews, and forecasting.
• Coordinate cross-functional GTM efforts, drive revenue initiatives, and ensure alignment on priorities.
• Monitor pipeline accuracy, leads, training, tool adoption, and contract processes with Sales Ops and AR.
• Support large deals with stakeholder alignment, technical expertise, and removing blockers.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in strategic or enterprise sales.
• Experience leading a sales team.
• Significant technical expertise in the pharmacy space.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and hunting skills focused on land and expand.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through, communication, and executive presence.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment and proficiency in AI-driven sales tools.
